Italian food blogger meets Turkish chef

I write about food in Bologna. Burak is a chef from Gaziantep. We connected on Viyamore around a shared love of pistachios and slow cooking. Six months of recipe exchanges and video calls later, he flew to Italy. We are now writing a Turkish-Italian fusion cookbook together. Love through cuisine, who knew.
