Planning a Trip

The Travel section turns your travel plans into a way to meet people. Start by creating a trip on the Trips page.

Creating a trip

1. Click "Create Trip".
2. Search and select your destination city. The country is set automatically so trips stay consistent and searchable.
3. Pick your dates, travel purpose and travel style.
4. Enable "Looking for a travel partner" to receive join requests.

Finding a partner

Browse trips that are looking for a partner and send a join request with a friendly introduction. Track every request you send or receive on the Partner Requests page, split into Incoming and Sent tabs.

Travel agreements

When a request is accepted, an agreement is created. It summarizes the trip dates, cost model, room sharing and flight arrangement so both travelers know what was agreed. Either side can message the other or cancel the agreement at any time.

Your wishlist

Save destinations you dream of visiting to your wishlist, and check the popular destinations list to see where the community is heading.
